Overview

Aura De Mer provides AI-powered messaging, sales, support, and automation tools for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what controls are available to users and customers interacting with businesses that use Aura De Mer.

This policy applies to aurademer.com, dash.aurademer.com, our APIs, hosted websites, and connected channels such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, and web chat.

Data We Collect

Account & workspace

Name, email, business details, region settings, billing profile, team member access, and platform configuration.

Conversations & channels

Messages, attachments, reply context, timestamps, and channel IDs needed to route and support customer conversations.

Catalog & knowledge

Products, services, menu items, prices, images, documents, website crawl content, and AI extraction results.

Operations & analytics

Request metadata, usage metrics, model/token usage, delivery status, and audit logs for reliability and security.

Payment & billing

Subscription status, invoices, payment events, and billing references. Card data is processed by payment providers and is not stored directly by Aura De Mer.

How We Use Data

  • Provide and maintain channel integrations, AI replies, reminders, orders, and lead workflows.
  • Process user requests and execute configured business automations.
  • Improve product reliability, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and incident response.
  • Generate analytics, usage reporting, and operational insights for workspace owners.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and platform safety requirements.

Meta Platform Data

When a workspace owner connects Instagram or Facebook channels, Aura De Mer processes channel access tokens, account/page identifiers, and messaging events to deliver customer support, sales automation, conversation routing, and reporting.

We only use the data necessary to operate connected features requested by the workspace owner. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing & International Transfers

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers (for example, cloud hosting, messaging APIs, model providers, payment processors, and email providers) to operate the service. Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country, with safeguards appropriate to applicable law.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing.

Retention & Security

We retain data as long as needed to deliver services, support legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace owners can delete records from the dashboard where applicable.

We apply technical and organizational security controls, including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and internal security monitoring.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data. You may also object to certain processing. To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected].

Data Deletion Requests

If you want your personal data removed from Aura De Mer systems (including data related to connected Meta channels), send a request to [email protected] with subject line Data Deletion Request.

Steps

  1. Include your account email and business/workspace name.
  2. If applicable, include connected channel identifiers (Instagram username, Facebook Page ID, etc.).
  3. We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion within a reasonable legal timeframe.
